  Spur and Helical Gears

Ground Spur Gears
The high precision KHK ground spur gears are manufactured on the most advanced gear grinding machines in the world. They are especially suitable for high speed applications such as machine tools and gear reducers. Besides providing a wide range of modules and numbers of teeth, some of these gears can be modified by users such as reboring shaft holes and cutting keyways.

Spur Gears
Spur gears also have a wide selection of modules, materials and numbers of teeth. Boretolerance is H7. Bore and boss modifications are available on request..

Ground Helical Gears
Ground helical gears help to reduce noise. They are also suitable for machine tools, gear reducers, etc. The center distances are designed to be consistent with that of the spur gears of the same module and same number of teeth.

  Racks

Ground Racks
In order to meet the accurate linear motion requirements, KHK has standardized on an extensive series of normalized, quenched and tempered ground racks. The tolerance of parallelism of KHK ground racks and cumulative pitch error are respectively less than 0.010mm and 0.015mm.

Racks
KHK offers a diverse range of racks in various materials and five lengths from 100 to 2000mm.

CP Racks
circular pitch racks are designed with pitches of 2.5, 5, 15 and 20mm, and when a CP pinion revolves one turn, it produces an exact linear motion.

Precision cut and carburized, KHK miltre and bevel gears possess good strength and wear resistant characteristics. They are well suited for high speed and high torque operation. KHK also offers several types in which the user can perform secondary operations on bore and hub areas.
