DARREN REYNOLDS BECOMES GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR OF RARUK HOLDINGS LTD
RARUK Holdings Ltd is comprised of three leading, Bedfordshire-based distribution companies R. A. Rodriguez (UK) Ltd, RARUK Automation Ltd and Drive Lines Technologies. Managing Director of R. A. Rodriguez (UK) Ltd, Darren Reynolds, has been appointed Group Managing Director of RARUK Holdings Ltd.
Having held the role of Managing Director, and later Group Managing Director, for sixteen years, Peter Williamson has stepped down to focus on his role as CEO of Automate UK (formerly PPMA Group of Associations). Darren Reynolds, who was appointed as Managing Director of R. A. Rodriguez (UK) Ltd two years ago, will now take the reins as Group Managing Director. Peter will initially stay on as a Non-Executive Director to provide support to the Board of Directors.
Supporting Darren will be Ross Lacy, who has taken on the role of Sales Director for RARUK Automation Ltd, Jai Sondhi who is now Purchasing and Operations Manager for the group and Matt Jones who has been appointed as Sales Director for Drive Lines Technologies. Sarah Castle has also been promoted to Accounts Manager.
Darren has been with the company for over twelve years and has over thirty years of experience in the bearings and power transmission industry. For the last two years, Darren has also served as Operations Director for RARUK Automation Ltd. With extensive experience within the group and in his career before, Darren is fully prepared to take the reins as all three companies continue to grow and develop.
