The Pacamor Kubar metric range of miniature ball bearings. The largest OD in the range is 28.57mm. A range of options are available, including:

  • Retainer: Stainless steel crown type (400 series stainless steel) or two-piece ribbon type (300 series stainless steel). Alternate retainer materials available upon request.
  • Ring Material: 440C stainless steel.
  • Ball Material: Standard is 440C stainless steel. Alternate ball materials available upon request.

Miniature Angular Contact Bearings

These bearings can withstand high radial and axial loads, while reaching high RPM’s. Angular contact bearings are also highlighted in the use of Duplex-paired bearings (sets).

Bore sizes range from 0.0937″ to 0.875″.

R.A. Rodriguez is proud to partner with McGill® who have extensive experience in the design and manufacture of custom bearings for aerospace and specialty applications.

The bearings can be manufactured in a wide range of styles, materials, sizes and precision classes. All bearings are custom designed according to application needs. Applications typically include gearboxes, pumps, actuation, control, airframe, and military where bearings and bearing wheels are required to be small, lightweight, strong, resistant to heat, wear and corrosion.

With an enduring reputation for quality, the McGill® manufacturing facility has achieved NADCAP accreditation for heat treating, chemical processing and non-destructive testing methods in addition to attaining AS9100 and ISO certification.

Specialty ball bearings utilise a ball for a rolling element. The ball bearing ball can be made in a wide variety of types, sizes and materials depending on application requirements.

Aerospace and specialty needle roller bearings are similar to cylindrical roller bearings, however they utilise rolling elements with a large length to diameter ratio.
