Linear Chain from R.A. Rodriguez helped provide our customer CDS Airtek the ideal solution for their client looking to increase their product yield, whilst not compromising on quality.
Following on from their client’s successful installation of their 1st heat treatment oven in 2013, the CDS Airtek specialists recommended a second heat treatment oven which would allow the company, who manufactures technically complex aluminium casting products for the automotive industry, to scale up their production efforts dramatically. The purpose-built heat treatment oven has a custom Push Pull Linear Chain loading system with a built in functionality for product scanning, ensuring parts are recorded and tracked along their process life cycle. Our engineers also fitted large industry safety screens, improving visibility of the ovens control panel, on which key information such temperature and processing time is found.
